The answer depends on a few things:
-how how you're working out
-how many calories you're eating
-how much you weigh now.
To be honest, if you're goal is just to put on as much muscle as quickly as possible, you need to eat a LOT of calories and protein while working out with moderately heavy weight.
You need to be eating about every 3 hours and lifting heavy for 10 or less reps per set.
You should try taking creatine along with the no-xplode. They both work even better when taken together.
