I landed this helmet in an XXL from Jafrum and couldn’t be happier. Padding is well made and not the cheap crumbly foam found in older helmets.

This helmet is comfortable and seems to be very well made. It is also priced pretty low…so it is an overall great deal. Fortunately, I haven’t had an opportunity to test its impact resistance, but it is DOT approved so I would say that is a good sign.

Motorbike headgear are of five types and are secured towards the rider's head utilizing a chin strap. The objective of protective benefits are defeated if chin strap is not secured.

Full Face Helmet: The complete face helmet covers the complete head approximately the skull base and is easily the most protective of all the helmets. It features a swiveling cutout band, called a visor, created from transparent plastic over the front in the eyes and nose. Some helmets likewise incorporate vents for increased airflow. The disadvantages are decreased hearing, intense heat, and insufficient wind. Full-face helmets which might be frequently used for motocross or off-road rides usually do not sometimes possess a face shield but the visor and chin portions are extended. Head gear with less coverage is less safe.

Off-Road/Motocross Helmets: Mototcross/Off-road helmets have extended visor and chin portions.
