Very pleased with this product; the first helmut I purchased with my new Vespa cost nearly five times what I paid for this helmut. Sizes tend to be a bit smaller so be careful when measuring for fit. If measured properly, helmut fits well and is very comfortable (amply padded); it appears no compromises have been made in spite of the competitive cost. Note: Don’t forget to peel off the thin transparent film applied at the factory before using (on my first outing there appeared to be distortions in the plastic face guard which were in fact the result of the film); once corrected the view through the guard is clear and undistorted.

The order was shipped promptly with no problems. The helmet sizes do tend to run a little snug, so go bigger rather than small if your measurement is borderline.

I love it. I feel like I am on a space mission traveling to different planets with this piece. I recommend it. The face shield is key. Whatever size you are, get the next size up from that. I had to return the first shipment when I first got the XL (which I though would be just right). It fit but was just too tight for comfort for this dome. XXL it ended up being! Magnums son! Size matters in the end. Esp. with a good helmet for protection. Love the helmet.

Can’t beat the price!!

Great helmet! If I were to improve upon the design though, I would add more or bigger air intakes.

Second one, tighter than the first!

This is by far my favorite and the price is right

I’ve had three helmets. This is by far my favorite and the price is right. It’s light, which I’m hoping is not a bad thing in terms of protection but it does indicate DOT approved. The shape of the helmet is right for me; not too round. The visibility is excellent and the face shield works great. It does make noise when up, which is not a big deal on a scooter but could be on a motorcycle. The face shield is not all that durable and the way it fits on the helmet is a little flimsy so you need to be careful with it, which is the reason for four stars instead of five. The helmet is comfortable especially because it’s light. I wish the padding was just a bit softer but it’s still very comfortable. I read other reviews regarding sizing. I’m usually a small but ordered a medium, which worked out fine. It’s just a tiny bit big but doesn’t move on my head. The small would have been too small for sure; so definitely order a size up. Overall, I like the look, shape, weight and price. This is an excellent helmet. I’d buy it again.

I have not tried any of the more expensive helmets (>$100) – other than testing the fit. This one does the job, is comfortable for the longest ride I have had (1hr) and fits well. I think it is good for the money.

One great deal

Pretty good helmet

I read the reviews before ordering and read that the helmet runs small; therefore, I ordered a large. Unfortunately, the fit is not snug enough so when I turn my head at a speed of about 35 mph, the helmet does not turn with me, but that is a sizing error which is my fault. The quality is good. My only complaint is that the flip visor snaps off when I don’t want it to and it is difficult to snap back in place. I love the look of the helmet and it is very comfortable.
