Returns

Returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days of original receipt.

You do not need an RMA number.  Just ship back the helmet and leave a note in the box. 

Items that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged items will not be accepted for exchange or credit.

Customer is responsible for properly packaging all returned helmets:

  • Helmets must be returned in original, protective fleece bags.
  • Helmets must be double-boxed for shipping.

Helmets with box scratches cannot be returned to manufacturer and are therefore not eligible for credit.

If ordering a quick connect or fast hook, if it has been opened we will not refund your money. 

Customer is responsible for paying for shipping on any return or exchange regardless of the reason for the return or exchange.

Customer is responsible for insuring returned items.

Discount Helmet Factory Corp will send all exchanges via ground shipping with an additional charge for the ground shipping.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all return credits.

If you receieve free shipping and return a helmet we will deduct shipping cost from refund.

We will allow one return for sizing exchange with no restocking fee, but you will be charged shipping back to the card that you placed the order with.

Shipping and handling will not be credited on returns.

No returns or exchanges on clearance items.

Refunds may take up to 15 days after receipt of returned product.
